and everyday, every class I come in, he would write an assignment on the board. And he talk about how to do this assignment.

But when I look the assignment, it's XXX1 spending the class writing the code out on paper. And I XXX2(run or write?) it over typing the program. It XXX3(would?) work.

青文字はそのように聞き取れるが、文法的にしっくりいかない部分。

過去の話だが、時勢が時々現在形で話しているような気がしてきた。習慣行為の説明として現在形なのだろうか？未消化。
