python manage.py runserverを使用すると127.0.0.1:8080サーバがアクセスを拒否し、hostファイルの内容を変更しました.
やはりスクリーンショットが苦手です....:
オープンターミナル:$ sudo gedit /etc/hostsファイルを開く:

127.0.0.1   localhost
127.0.0.1 Inspiron-5421
