Caffe HDF 5 header versionとHDF 5 libraryが一致しません

caffeをインストールするプロセスがsudo make runtestに進むと、HDF 5 header versionがHDF 5 libraryと一致しないことを示します.原因は主にシステムに複数のバージョンのhdfが存在し、locate hdf 5を通じて、どのような位置と主にどのようなソフトウェアによって引き起こされたのかを見ることができるからです.私の問題は主にanacondaとシステムが持っているものが衝突したことです.
この問題はconda install hdf 5=1.8.16で解決できる

variable 'HDF5_DISABLE_VERSION_CHECK' to a value of '1'.
Setting it to 2 or higher will suppress the warning messages totally.
Headers are 1.10.1, library is 1.8.16
