Mindjet MindManager 2012テンプレートを開くエラーを解決する方法

MindManager 2012を使用すると、内蔵されているテンプレートに基づいてMapを作成すると、以下のようなエラーが発生し、ソフトウェアが崩壊し、自動的に終了します。
