AnacondaにOpenCVのインストールができなかったときの対処法

はじめに

Anacondaでちょっとゴニョゴニョやろうとした時に、python3.7を使いたかったんですが、何故かNavigatorでバージョンの選択が出来ませんでした（下図のプルダウンが選択できない）

まあ、ちょっとした実験程度なので、そこまで強いこだわりも無かったので、そのままにしてたのですがOpenCVのインストール時にこけました。

環境

Mac OS 10.15.6
AnacondaNAVIGATOR 1.9.12

OpenCVのインストール失敗

Your python: python=3.8

If python is on the left-most side of the chain, that's the version you've asked for.
When python appears to the right, that indicates that the thing on the left is somehow
not available for the python version you are constrained to. Note that conda will not
change your python version to a different minor version unless you explicitly specify
that.

要するにマイナーバージョン（対応してるバージョンも明記してくれてます）を入れろ、ということで3.7を入れました。

$ conda install python=3.7

その上で再度

$ conda install opencv

で一件落着。
