このツールクラスではBASE 64を使用していますが、第三者のクラスライブラリを借りる必要があります。javabase 64-1.3.1.jar注意:RSA暗号化明文の最大長さは117バイトで、要求暗号文の解読には最大128バイトの長さが必要です。RSA暗号化は明文の長さに制限があります。暗号化されたデータが大会を過ぎると次のような異常があります。
