スクリプトインプリメンテーションcloudstackのリソースとステータス情報をhtmlレポートで表示する

環境に複数のcloudstackが複数のvdcを構築し、スクリプトでリソース情報を取得し、レポートとしてメールに送信したい
以下は簡略化版の考え方です.
1、構成ファイルの構築
これらのcloudstackの情報はxmlファイルで格納されます.以下のようにします.
