Eclipse jee 3.5インストールSVNが失敗したことを解決する

Eclipse jee 3.5をインストールした後に直接URLからSVNプラグインをインストールして、何度も試みて失敗します.最後にeclipseを修正する.iniファイルの再インストールに成功しました
