ソフトウェアソースを追加して手動でインストール

sudo dnf config-manager --add-repo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:gasinvein:fedora/Fedora_28/home:gasinvein:fedora.repo
sudo dnf install ghostwriter

パッケージのインストールはお勧めしません.ライブラリとパッケージの依存関係が困っています.
