Windows環境でAndroidのDataBindingを使ってる時にMalformedByteSequenceExceptionが出た時の対処方法

Error:com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.impl.io.MalformedByteSequenceException: 3バイトのUTF-8シーケンスのバイト3が無効です
