1.FirefoxにFlash Player Debuggerをインストール
最初に以下のサイトから、Flash Player Debuggerをダウンロード、インストールします。

2.FirefoxでFlash Playerを設定
- アドレスバーに
about:configと入力。
- 動作保証対象外です、という画面が出ますが、
危険性を承知の上で使用するをクリック（ここから先は自己責任です）。
- 検索窓から
plug*htと入力。

plugins.http_https_onlyという設定名があるので、その値がtrueの場合、設定名をダブルクリックしてfalseに変更。
3.FlashBuilder4.7でブラウザの設定
- FlashBuilder4.7を起動

ウィンドウメニューから設定を選択
- 検索窓から
ブラウザと入力
- 一般の中に
Webブラウザをクリック
- 外部Webブラウザリストの
Firefoxにチェックを入れてOKをクリック
- ※もしリストにFirefoxがない場合は、
新規をクリックして設定
- 例：名前：
Firefox、ロケーション：C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe、パラメータ：空
