Fragmentに関して昔の教則動画を見たら、またいろいろと更新されたようで、ここで記録しておきます。
Import fragment package

FragmentをActvityでpreviewしたい場合
Android studio 3.x verから直接Fragmentをプレビューできなくなったようで、
Actvityのxmlにtools:layout=を入れないといけません。
